Shipping

We currently ship to US and Canada. Taxes and Duties when shipping to Canada are the customer's responsibility and for LTL size shipments, customer needs to provide a customs broker for us to send paper work to.  

We currently only offer our 8", 10" and 12" Standard Ceme-Tubes and our 8" Pour in Place Bollard Assemblies for purchase through our site.  Shipping is calculated at checkout via Fed-Ex Ground.  If you are a local customer or placing an order from Illinois, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin-reach out to us via a contact form as shipping may be available at a discount via a regional shipper that we cannot offer via our website.  

For large orders of any of our size products, or for our larger size Ceme-Tube products, either call or use the request a quote form to get a quote with shipping.  Our larger Ceme-Tubes are shipped via LTL.  

If you are a distributor, please call us or message us directly for pricing and shipping rates. 

Our website has our retail pricing only.  

 

Returns Policy

Unused, still in packaging/pallet may be returned for a full refund minus a 10% restocking fee.  Customer is responsible for return shipping.  

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
